Standard Return Policy Features

Returns are accepted within 60 days in original packaging and in an unworn condition. 

We are a small, independent business and while that gives us some great advantages, it also means we cannot afford to offer free returns. We do not refund postage or any other associated costs of returning goods to us, unless something has gone wrong with your order. 

Recycled plastic packaging is used for our parcels and wherever possible, please return items in the same plastic packaging to reduce waste.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of returned parcels arriving in store.
