Birkenstock Tulum Soft Footbed women's taupe leather flat sandals are a new style for the summer season. These women's flat sandals have a soft suede crossover upper with slingback strap, which two adjustable brass buckles for a more personalised fit. Birkenstock have used their Soft Footbed construction, which includes an additional foam layer between the cork midsole and anatomically shaped footbed. The Birkenstock Narrow Fit is a favourite with customers' and fits more like a standard fit.

Standard Return Policy Features

Returns are accepted within 60 days in original packaging and in an unworn condition. 

We are a small, independent business and while that gives us some great advantages, it also means we cannot afford to offer free returns. We do not refund postage or any other associated costs of returning goods to us, unless something has gone wrong with your order. 

Extended Christmas Returns Policy - Purchases made between 1st October and 24th December 2024 will automatically qualify for our Extended Christmas Returns Policy. Any items bought during this period can be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging until 14th January 2025. Please ensure that returns are sent in time to reach us by this date.

Recycled plastic packaging is used for our parcels and wherever possible, please return items in the same plastic packaging to reduce waste.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of returned parcels arriving in store.
